Once you've made your purchase please email us to start a repair ticket with usĀ atĀ [email protected]Ā and include the following in your email.
Subject Line:Ā Console/Controller Repair Request
Body of the Email include the following
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number
- List of Items needing to be repaired, and reasoning for repairĀ i.e no power, disc's wont read
- Order Number
If the item isn't picked up within 14 days after repair a storage fee of $15.00 per day will be added onto the ticket.
** Once you have placed the order please complete the Resurface/Repair Form (Also include this form in the Mailing box if you are not local.
