At Retro Gaming of Denver, we want you to love your vintage-inspired apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
